Maciej Pilarczyk, Mr - co-founder of one of the largest fashion agencies in Poland ("Moda Forte", Lodz), launched the career of one of the top models, Ilona Felicjanska. Main producer and manager of Radio Lodz recording studio (discovers and helps develop talents of Anita Lipnicka with Varius Manx, Hedone, Firebirds and MYSLOVITZ, known then as Freshman). In 1993-94 launches a series of "Unplugged" concerts, broadcast from Radio Lodz recording studios by national TVP 2; produces acoustic concerts by: Republika, Voo Voo, Skawalker, Hey, Edyta Bartosiewicz, Lech Janerka, Lady Pank, Chlopcy z Placu Broni, Dzem. By spring 1994 he becomes A&R Director for Sony Music Poland. Originator and co-founder of SMAP (Polish Artists' Managers Association), registered in May 2002.
