In 1999 Maciej Pilarczyk and Slawek Jorasz found their own company - Chaos Management Group. They have managed top Polish Artists: Myslovitz, Chylinska (2003-2005), Anita Lipnicka & John Porter (2004-2006), Tomek Makowiecki. The company works with alternative bands, such as Cool Kids Of Death, Iowa Supper Soccer, Lenny Valentino. Chaos collaborated also with Scianka, eM, Delons, Penny Lane. In 2006 they make a groundbreaking decision. Faced with poor condition of local record companies they decide to start an independent label CHAOS ALTERNATIVE. They also plan to start a web page devoted to promoting young, talented Artists.
